VFW 2894 Auxiliary

The Objects of the VFW Auxiliary shall be frateral, patriotic, historical, charitable and educational; to assist the Posts and members thereof of the Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW) of the United States, and its own members wherever possible. VFW Auxiliary 2894 helps Vets or Widow/Widower of a Vet in distress, performs community service, and supports worthy causes. 

The Auxiliary has 12 guiding programs: 

1. Americanism
2. Buddy Poppy
3. VFW National Home for Children 
4. Community Outreach Program 
5. Historian, Hospital 
6. Legislative
7. Membership
8. Mentoring for Leadership
9. Scholarships
10. Special Project
11. Veterans and Family Services
12. Youth Activities.

Membership in the VFW Auxiliary shall be limited to : Husband/Wives, Widowers/Widows, Father/Mothers, Grandfathers/Grandmothers, Sons/Daughters, Grandson/Granddaughters, Brothers/Sisters of persons who were or are eligible for membership in the Veterans of Foreign Wars of the United States.
